Forget traditional cash bonuses, there’s a new way of repaying employees for their hard work. Wanna guess what that is? Let me give you a hint… It comes in full human size, doesn’t like talking too much, but can do anything you want it to do… Well almost anything… Yep, I’m talking about a sex doll. The idea belongs to a tech startup in China who offered these dolls to their male employees at the company’s annual conference. But they didn’t just take give them away, they also taught the guys how to use them : ). Can you imagine how that conference went? It must have been hilarious. It sure seems there’s a new trend among tech companies to offer fuckable year-end prizes. That’s because another Chinese company came up with a similar way to motivate its employees.
